Don’t let the name fool you, these are not your mom’s old ‘Tae Bo’ classes with movements choreographed to music! Every class our coaches will take you through rounds on the heavy bags working punches and kick to get your frustrations out, stretching routines for longevity and injury prevention, strength and conditioning circuits with a heavy emphasis on body weight movements and functional use, punching and kicking drills on striking targets with partners and of course…lots and lots of core work to develop your base!!

Fitness Kickboxing classes are offered 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) along with our regular Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
