The coaches and their skills on martial arts and fighting are incredible. The classes I take are Intermediate kickboxing, Coach Phill Beatty Beginner Muay Thai, Coach Jacob Migill Youth and adult boxing, Coach Jacob Migill 5th Element also offers personal training which I also do with Coach Migill, being able to have 1 on 1 training with a coach is one of the best ways to improve and I definitely wouldn't be at the level I am without it. Other fantastic people here include Cody Houston (owner and coach) Rita Houston (master cookie crafter and sometimes front desk lady) Sadie Pharr (front desk lady) Anne Marie Palzer (coach) Chase Wheeler (coach) Chris Morton (coach) All of these people at 5th Element have helped me become both a better martial artist and a better person, without them I would still be sitting at home wishing I had something meaningful to do, but now I have the deepest passion for martial arts that one could imagine. - Evan CrabbPosted on Kaci NewtonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My oldest goes here for Kickboxing on Tuesdays and Thursdays and loves it. She love the coaches and the atmosphere. She has made friends she never would have gotten to make if she didn’t go. She also has done jujutsu too. Definitely an awesome place! Highly recommend.Posted on Haley VogelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wish we would've done this sooner! Started my 11 year old daughter in jiu-jitsu classes and have zero regrets about it. Coaches are great, all the other kids are really respectful to their peers in class. Classes are very structured, yet they make time for fun as well. My daughter loves coming here. Just a wonderful environment! If you're thinking about it, do it! Worth every penny!Posted on Michelle TTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Super positive place for kids and teens ( and adults too I’m sure). Inclusive of different abilities . Highly recommend.Posted on ronni baloneyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Coach Magill is a skilled Muay Thai bad ass boxing technician! Energetic, enthusiastic, and supportive professional, and his stand up game is fire. Coach Cody has technically solid ground jiu-jitsu over all gangster skills, & I enjoy training with both of these beastsPosted on LucasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
