5th Element is by far the best martial arts gym on the continent. The coaches and their skills on martial arts and fighting are incredible. The classes I take  are

Intermediate kickboxing, Coach Phill Beatty

Beginner Muay Thai, Coach Jacob Migill

Youth and adult boxing, Coach Jacob Migill

5th Element also offers personal  training which I also do with Coach Migill, being able to have 1 on 1 training with a coach is one of the best ways to improve and I definitely wouldn't be at the level I am without it.

My oldest goes here for Kickboxing on Tuesdays and Thursdays and loves it. She love the coaches and the atmosphere. She has made friends she never would have gotten to make if she didn’t go.

Wish we would've done this sooner!
Started my 11 year old daughter in jiu-jitsu classes and  have zero regrets about it. Coaches are great, all the other kids are really respectful to their peers in class. HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.

Please note our cancellation policy requires 14 days notice prior to the next billing cycle. This form will serve as your 14-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 14-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. I understand that by submitting this form, my membership at Ground Control Academy will be terminated, and I will no longer have access to the facilities and services provided. This also means that any unused portion of my membership fees will not be refunded, and I will be responsible for any outstanding balances on my account, and authorize Ground Control Academy to charge any remaining fees to the payment method on file.
